Victor Isakov (MCA, MCM, MCT, MVP) is a Data Architect who provides consulting and training services to various organizations in the public, private and NGO sectors globally, and regularly presents at various international events and conferences. He's authored a number of books on SQL Server and developed Microsoft certification/courseware. Victor is one of only three non-Microsoft MCAs globally.
