He mainly provides Professional Services specialized in Universal Communications primarily based on Microsoft Technologies in the following areas: Enterprise Architecture and Technical Leadership for Unified Communications, Training on Microsoft Unified Communication and Speaking at Events and Conferences In October 2008, Johan was awarded as an MVP for Exchange Server and moved on to become an MVP for Office Communications Server in 2009, Lync Server in 2010, and he has been re-awarded every year since — most recently in 2017 as an MVP for Skype for Business.
